An Introduction

This is extremely exciting.
As this is my first blog post ever, allow me to introduce myself. I am a student at the University of Florida, a junior majoring in Advertising and English and minoring in Business. I have a huge obsession with advertising in general, and think that the theory behind the aesthetics of English (and writing overall) is beyond fascinating. I play the cello and the trombone, and I'm currently a member of the University of Florida marching band, about to go play in the BCS National Championship title game, where the Florida Gators will be playing the Oklahoma Sooners. Have I mentioned that I'm excited?
Our band director also told us that there was a "very good chance" we'd be playing in the Superbowl, as we just recently got invited. Wow, did I pick a good year to join band.
I love yoga, chocolate, Phantom of the Opera, school, New York, books, music, and life in general, to name a few things.
But, as I am now sitting here with my wonderful friend who helped me create this, I should probably go. Nice to meet you, and I'll talk to you soon. :)
